おこったり わらったり ないたり する 私と同じように 喜怒哀楽を持つ ひとりの人間だということ 忘れないように・・・。（原爆は、昭和２０年（１９４５）８月６日午前８時１５分、原爆ドームの南東約１５０メートル地点の 上空（高さ約５８０メートル）で爆発しました）

子供の心に
恨みも

育たなかった

Yoh kinsattanoh.kihete tsukahsai.
'was Bombed,my mother
and I,and we experienced
Living Hell.
But my mother never once talked about Blaming
nor having hatred toward the Others.
People around me, people of hiroshima,
not once did I witness
Blaming
the others.
so no hatred
nor any kind of animosity grew in the heart of the Child

Was loved by my mother,was nurtured by hiroshima,
and I've come to think as follows.
Giving back
hatred
to hatred
makes one's heart
become a battlefield
by Forgiving
hatred,
one's heart is at peace.
I want to tell the people in the world
this happiness of mine,that was fostered here in hiroshima.

The advancement of Science weakens the senses
of a Man.
Dropping Nuclear Weapons
by pushing a button,
and claiming with pride,
that Atomic bombs
helped end the war.
TO whom it may concern,
I would like to hear
you say
the same words
if you were here in Hiroshima
on the 6th of August, 1945.
On that day, in that circumstance,
whould you have said the same words??
